Site Team

To ensure timely completion of site work as per schedule without compromising the quality of delivery, regulations and standards.
To ensure all works carried out and material delivered to site are in compliance with construction drawing and specification.
To regularly update relevant superiors on the progress of construction works and report any problem areas encountered especially in respect of defective, outstanding or non-conforming works or delayed works.
Liaise with Project team members, including contractors, sub-contractors and authorities on all site matters and interfacing works.
To carry out inspection works in accordance with ITP to ensure high quality of product is delivered.
To ensure all site activities are carried out in compliance with site safety standard.*
To carry out any specified duties as may be instructed or delegated by Project Management Office team from time to time.

Minimum SPM, Certificate or Diploma in Civil & Structural/ Architecture / M&E/ Construction Management or equivalent.
Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in building/ infrastructure works.
Experienced in mix development, high rise residential and commercial retail is preferred.
Must be able to liaise effectively with consultants and contractors.
Good command of spoken & written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Initiative, independent with great teamwork.
Required to work for 5.5 working days.
