Assistant General Manager / Senior Manager, Project Management

Job Descriptions
  • To lead & drive the project management team with 3-4 projects in different stages.
  • To responsible for overall project management which including planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closing of the project.
  • To liaise with all parties involved in the project including consultants, contractors in order to ensure smooth progress of project work
  • To ensure the project development time, cost & quality achieved based on company objective.
  • To support high level deliverable across practice of the Company blue print.
  • To propose an innovative project design with constructability & sustainability.
  • To lead and manage the site team to ensure smooth completion of project
  • To administer all project related reports and documents
  • Any other assignment as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Master in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or other professional qualification recognized by Professional Engineering Board or construction authority
  • Min.8 -10 year(s) of related working experience in this field is required.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
  • Required skill(s): MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with analytical and problem-solving approach.
  • Preferably someone who has experience with Project Planning & Implementation process.
  • Well verse with project cash flow & feasibility study will be an added advantage.
