Job Descriptions

• Assist the Senior Manager/Manager in managing, monitoring and studying on land sourcing and land acquisition related matters.
• Conduct, analyse and evaluate land and market research
• Conduct the feasibility study of potential land/development
• Prepare the land sourcing and land acquisition related reports and business proposals.

Job Requirements

• Good knowledge of development guidelines, authorities’ requirements & land dealings
• Strong ability to understand the property market trends
• Possess high level of integrity
• Proficient in both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia
