Senior Manager/Manager, Corporate Finance and Treasury
Job Descriptions
To propose financing structure for land/project financing.
To prepare project cash flow projections and perform sensitivity test.
To review and negotiate T&C with banker on financing.
To monitor and coordinate with all stakeholders for drawdown.
To liaise with investment bankers, advisor & consultants on corporate exercise.
To meet the routine meeting reporting deadline with acceptable quality.
Any other assignment as assigned.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Accounts, Finance, Banking or ACCA / CIMA or equivalent professional accounting qualification recognised by MIA.
At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in project financing for developer industry.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
Excellent interpersonal with good team leadership skills.
Strong communication and PR skill, analytical and dedication attitude.
Well versed in various computer software application and financial modelling.
Well-versed & have experience in land/project financing entire application processes.
