Datuk Seri Ng Thien Phing

Datuk Seri Ng Thien Phing is the founder and Executive Chairman of SkyWorld Group of Companies. After his graduation, he worked in one of the largest conference providers in Malaysia before setting up NTP World Forum Sdn. Bhd. in 1999. He collaborated closely with giant clientele which includes Petronas Group, Matsushita Group of Companies, Hitachi Group of Companies, Malaysia Mining Corporation Bhd., Suria KLCC Sdn. Bhd., Sapura Holding Bhd., Bank Negara Malaysia, and many others.

In year 2001, he ventured into innovative solution of introducing ICT rental businesses to support the ICT functions of both government and private sectors. During his entrepreneurship, Datuk Seri Ng successfully raised a total fund size of RM 110 million in year 2010 and subsequently RM 50 million in year 2014. In 2020, Datuk Seri Ng was appointed as Non-Independent Non-Executive Chairman in ICT Zone Asia Berhad which is currently listed in Bursa Malaysia.

In 2008, Datuk Seri Ng embarked on the property development business by establishing NTP World Development Sdn. Bhd. From 2008 to 2013, Datuk Seri Ng and his senior team were involved in a series of corporate exercises such as setting up the management team, laying its talent pool foundation as well as actively exploring and accessing quality land bank at strategic locations in Kuala Lumpur City.

In 2014, Datuk Seri Ng rebranded the property arm to SkyWorld Development Group (SkyWorld) to better reflect the Company's vision, mission and its core business of providing the ultimate Sky Living experience in a sustainable environment within the city centre. To set a strong brand presence, all SkyWorld developments feature the three SkyWorld strengths – Value Creation, Sky Living Experience and Innovation.
