Christmas Candy Cane Charity Drive

Back in 2015, SkyWorld helped Mary's Orphange to raise fund by selling their decorated candy canes. SkyWorld managed to collect RM1,000. In 2016, true to its passion of ringing in the Christmas goodness, SkyWorld kick-started the same annual Christmas Candy Cane Charity Drive again and this year, the drive was to raise funds for the children at Rumah Charis, OUG.

Here, the children designed these sweet treats and these were then used to decorate the beautifu christmas tree located at SkyWorld Gallery @ Bukit Jalil. Visitors to the Gallery were then encouraged to take home their favourite candy cane design and leave token of appreciation. Thanks to the generous donations by visitors, RM5,256 was collected in 3 weeks. SkyWorld also helped to fork our additional assistance by purchasing food and medical supplies for the Rumah Charis home.
