Assistant General Manager / Senior Manager, Mall Management
Job Descriptions
To develop & propose business strategy/model within the Group’s commercial land bank to generate multiple sources of recurring income.
To lead and manage the Asset Under Management Team on overall management and daily operations of the commercial properties which includes marketing and leasing, advertising and promotions, events management, tenancy administration, credit control, upkeep & maintenance, security, cleanliness and car park management.
To consistently achieve pre-set occupancy target through proper planning, conceptualizing and implementation of best practice of tenant mix, retail trends, online platform friendliness and competitiveness to stay ahead of the ever-changing trends.
Holding full P&L responsibilities, annual budget preparation and formulating capital management strategy.
Any other assignment as assigned.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Economic, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
At least 5 years’ experience in being the Head/Senior Management of a hypermarket / mall management.
Possess good business acumen and result-oriented with proven track records.
Preferably someone who has experience in start-up / own business previously.
Strong interpersonal skills such as leadership, strategic thinking, customer-focused approach, adaptability and resourcefulness to drive Company’s Core Value and foster teamwork.
